Experienced UX designer

Odd Hill is looking for a talented UX Designer, with practical experience to join us in working on a variety of projects. You’ll be working alongside a supportive and friendly team within a vibrant and unique office space in Malmö, Sweden. Odd Hill is a digital company with modern and striking approach focused on making an impact.

Your responsibilities:

• Your role as a UX designer will be hugely important for making the everyday easier, for both our clients and their end-users
• Create solutions for a wide variety of projects
• Working independently developing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for responsive web-solutions
• Work alongside developers and product managers throughout all the phases of the production cycle
• Actively participating in user research, analyze customer needs and data
• Present design work to clients, teams and senior leadership for review and feedback

Required qualifications:

• Proficient with design software (Figma, Sketch or XD)
• A great understanding of interaction design and information architecture
• A good knowledge of Design thinking
• Analytical mind with a good understanding of business models
• Great communication skills
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics
• Delivering design with accessibility in mind (WCAG)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS (Drupal)
