UX-designer - Hemfrid

At Hemfrid, you enter a fast-moving environment in a strong and successful company. Now our Marketing-team is expanding, and we are looking for a driven UX designer. Do you have experience in creating better user experiences for potential and existing customers and employees? Hemfrid offers an exciting and challenging role as UX designer.

Your work assignments

As a UX designer at Hemfrid, you step into a new role in a fast-growing team, the development teams at Hemfrid work according to Scrum. Your focus as a UX designer, are to creating better user experiences for Hemfrid's potential and existing customers, and our employees. You will run UX work and take full responsibility for our platforms and its future development in UX.

As our UX designer you will work in cross-functional teams with marketing, communication, tech and other stakeholders within the company. The role is both operational and strategic. You will be involved in developing methods, routines along with analyze and work out user-friendly systems, products, and IT solutions.

In your tasks, you will work with our large digital channels App and Web and other support tools for Hemfrid. Furthermore, you will create wireframes and prototypes with Invision, FIGMA etc.

Your profile

We are looking for a creative and self-going problem solver with a focus on the business. You should possess the ability to be able to question and prioritize your tasks. Good communication skills are also important, as you communicate with many people when working with development teams and stakeholders to create a better user experience.

In addition to that, we see that you:

- Has a degree in Interaction Design or equivalent
- At few years of experience from a role as a UX designer
- Has experience from agile methods
- Documented and strong portfolio showing your previous work with digital UX design
- Complete understanding of and ability to deliver work independently using design processes, creative methods, and tools
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional cooperation
- App and Web experience
- User testing - experience in facilitating such processes
- A/B testing
- Experience from being responsible for holding trainings and workshops
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English
