Solution Lead Sales Order Management System

Do you love the idea of being part of one of THE largest E-com transformations in the world? We have a very exciting vacancy as Solution Lead developing our Sales Order Management system and we are looking for YOU, who have Sterling experience!
In order to establish IKEA as a multichannel retailer we are developing a common solution for sales order management including global working methods and routines.
About the opportunity as Solution Lead.
We are looking for a Solution Lead who will lead a cross functional team working towards the implementation of our new sales order management system. In the role as a Solution lead you will work actively to ensure that the design of the solution conforms to the domain/project architecture and business requirements. You will be working in an agile team setup with a mix of IT and Business competences. We work in a global outsourced IT environment where we order services from our vendors who develop our applications.
Areas of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Solution of High level design in the context of one or more domains.
Provide expertise for roadmaps, pre-studies and design workshops
Steer project(s) to follow decided architecture standards and ensure fulfillment of the functional and non-functional requirements in the solution.
What kind of experience should you have?
In order to succeed in this role you need to have experience of working with IBM Sterling or other ERP systems or Supply chain management systems. We think you have working experience as an IT Architect, Solution Architect or Lead Developer in the context of a large IT landscape. It is a merit if you have competence in SAFe.
Does this sound interesting? To be successful in this role you need to have:
Good knowledge on Web and eCommerce platforms
Good knowledge on Agile framework
Experience as a Solution Architect with Scrum master experience
Project Management experience
Leadership skills
Experience in allocating resources and delegating work

You show openness, willpower, drive and are challenged of working in a fast pace environment. You are a team player with a business mind and you know the importance of building a cross functional relationship with both internal partners and vendors.
