Senior Java Developer (AWS, Azure, GCP)

We are now looking for Senior Backend or full stack Java Developer with passion for cloud.

Your daily work

• Develop new software applications
• Deploy, operate and maintain our applications incl. driving continuous improvement of the same for better quality, functionality, cost effectiveness, etc.
• Actively contribute to the solution design of new services
• And finally, but not the least, continuously reflect upon how we are doing things and where we can improve

Your Background

We are looking for Java Developers with excellent analytical skills, great at problem-solving, passionate about technology and who loves developing software applications! You ensure that you understand how your work is adding value to our customers and are not limited to take on development tasks but also willing to chip in were needed. In this team we are curious about everything at work and have a “can do” attitude solving our challenges together, making sure to complete each sprint as planned. We would like our new colleague to have this same curiosity, drive and being a team player.

Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you have:

• A university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar
• More than 5 years of working experience as Application Developer
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or similar service.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, SQL, Git, Linux, REST
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, architecture, software design, software patterns, and to value code quality.
• Knowledge in Kotlin and/or Java.

Even Better If You Have

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge with SQL databases and knowledge of other storage solutions.
• Knowledge of encryption and security industry best practices.
• Knowledge in DevOps process and principles.
• Experience with full-stack development, including web or mobile.
• React.js/redux, javascript, Jest
• GraphQL, JMS, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Swagger, Scala, Gatling, Jquery, AngularJS, Asynchronous programming
• Test automation frameworks (Cypress, Protractor)
• DevOps, Networks, Linux Administration, Computer Security.
