THIS IS THE JOB
Our ultimate company goal is helping our clients to become data-driven. As a Dynamics Developer at Stratiteq you're an important part of creating solutions for our clients. A true craftsperson. You're a central figure when it comes to crafting Dynamics CRM solutions, enlightening the clients in the platform and helping them in their digital transformation that lies ahead.

You'll be part of a skilled team with other Dynamics Specialists and together you'll work closely to deliver the best solutions for our clients. In your role as a Dynamics Specialist, you take part in several stages within the client projects. You work with new client projects, ongoing development, maintenance and support to our existing clients. You'll be a part of multiple projects and work both at our own premises and at the clients' offices. In order to succeed, you'll be equipped with the best of toolboxes.

THIS IS YOU
We believe that you have a deep understanding of the methods and patterns that transform a series of instructions into a fully functioning system, which is both easy to maintain and to develop further.  

To succeed as a Dynamics Specialist at Stratiteq, it's absolutely crucial that you keep an open mind and stay curious. Learning from each other and sharing experiences from different projects is what keeps us moving forward. You'll be invited to brown bag sessions, internal conferences, and external trainings. We work closely together, and take pride in the team effort and cheer for each other.  

We strongly believe that with passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, some skills are preferable to be able to succeed in this role. We believe that you have hands-on work experience from configuration within the Dynamics CRM platform. And that you're confident in your skills both when it comes to developing and configuration, and supporting clients within the platform. You also need to be comfortable in Swedish and English, both in speech and when writing. It's very good (but not a requirement) if you have some experience within C#, JavaScript, .Net and Azure.
