H&M is looking for Architect within CRM

We are now looking for a SAP CRM Architect! As an SAP CRM Architect at H&M you will work at the global IT department, with many new initiatives and projects where you have the opportunity to join at an early stage and make a difference!

Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as a SAP CRM Architect will have a key role within our architectural area. The functional area Customer Relationship Management, CRM, is responsible for the delivery of CRM solutions to our projects and maintenance organizations within H&M and we are now looking for a SAP CRM Architect that can take the overall responsibility for the CRM system and solutions.

In your role as a SAP CRM Architect you are structured and like to work towards a goal, yet at the same time you are pragmatic and delivery focused. You thrive from realizing the business needs into an efficient IT delivery. You will ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&Ms architectural guidelines. As a SAP CRM Architect at H&M you are curious, ambitious and want to make a difference.

To be successful as an SAP CRM Architect we believe you are a confident leader. You have strong communication skills with a natural ability to present the vision of all architecture within your area to all stakeholders. You have the ability to see the big picture, yet are able to perform analysis on more detailed levels.

Your responsibilities

Among other things your to do-list includes:

- Be responsible for the overall SAP CRM solution decisions, functional and non-functional design and implementation
- Ensure the SAP CRM overall design is aligned with SAP best practice and H&M overall IT strategy
- Ensure architectural optimization and standardization of the system
- Be on top of SAP CRM news and SAP CRM roadmap
- Cooperate with architects from other areas in designing the overall solution architecture for new initiatives and solutions
- Cooperate and provide SAP CRM expertise to the CRM functional team
- Drive/participate in workshops, both with business as well as IT, and provide guidance and advices within the SAP CRM area
- Work together with the development organization to ensure that we can deliver architecturally sound solutions in a timely manner

Your skills

- Minimum 7 years of SAP CRM Application experience and implementation of global systems and multiple projects
- Functional SAP CRM expertise with knowledge in the areas of CRM Web UI, CRM middleware and system integration
- Experienced in driving workshops and run system demos
- Strong skills in both Swedish and English.

It is a merit if you have experience from retail, have worked in global projects and roll-outs and with offshore development.
