We are now looking for an additional Technical Support person for our foodora branded (pink of course) office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm. You will be one of our office heroes who make sure everything IT related runs smoothly, in return we promise you lots of fun colleagues and a great company culture as well! Your time to really shine is when the screen in the conference room doesn’t work or when your colleague loses the laptop power cord and needs a new one. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the IT team under the guidance of our IT Manager, providing world-class support in different IT-related tasks on a daily basis. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

  • Provide end user support at the highest possible level, always striving to build amicable relationships of trust and confidence in IT
  • Provide 2nd line support to various infrastructure and service management teams within our global organization
  • Configure, install and maintain computer hardware and related software, network equipment and printers
  • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify client issues on Windows PC’s, Mac computers and Mobile phones
  • Continually look for ways of improving and streamlining hardware and software configurations and supporting processes
  • Educate users on the proper use of equipment and systems to prevent the recurrence of technical issues
  • Maintain necessary procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Act as constructive liaison between the IT organization, other internal departments and our partners and vendors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a front line support role
  • Solid experience providing user support in a mixed environment encompassing Windows, MacOS and iOS, networking and WiFi
  • Admin experience within Active Directory, Google Workspace and various other SaaS cloud platforms and authentication solutions
  • Experience working with A/V and video conferencing equipment is strongly merited
  • The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and issues with end users in a supportive and friendly manner
  • A deep commitment to the smooth operation of our IT environment to ensure the highest possible level of end user satisfaction
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English, and preferably Swedish, verbally and in written form

Start date: As soon as possible.
