About the role

As an IT-Support Technician, you'll work closely with your team to fulfill the Instabox IT business needs and requirements. Your tasks will be to support our offices and expansions of our warehouses within Europe..

- Provide Internal Office IT support both in Stockholm HQ and in our HUBs.
- Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding and managing IT equipment.
- 1st and 2nd line support to our end users Provide support for MacOS, Windows, and iPhones.
- Provide support for Hub Equipment and software Admin work with Google Workspace, Slack, and other applications.
- There might be some travelling within Europe.

About you

We think you're an experienced person with proven IT skills. You're a service minded and social person and you like to help and give service to other people. You're curious and want to learn new skills. We think that your attitude is more important than your skills. You're used to working reactively and proactive as well.

- You can express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of MacOS and Apple IOS, Android and Windows.
- Experience to work with Google Workspace, Slack.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, firewall, the concept of a network switch, router, and wireless AP’s.
- Experience of working with MDM systems like Jamf and Intune.
- Merit if you have worked with Linux environments.
- Your work attitude trumps your experience
