ABOUT THE POSITION
At the moment we are about 70 employees at the Gothenburg office, where our IT department is located. As a front-end Java developer at Benify you will be responsible for maintaining and developing top quality code and structure. The techniques used are Javascript, Java, CSS and HTML. You will be the link between our skilled in-house web designer and our solid backend developers.

WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone who is passionately about delivering great quality and have the desire to constantly improve. To succeed in this role we believe that you have extensive experience from coding responsive web solutions for both traditional and mobile viewing. You are analytical and you love problem solving - you can get your head around complex problems. You understand the challenges ahead and you solve them by creating a smooth, dynamic and highly responsive interface towards the end user. Further, we believe that you have a prestigeless attitude and are a real team player.
Besides a great personality and some serious web skills we’re looking for candidates with the following background:
Essential:
• A bachelors’ degree in subjects such as computer science, software engineering, IT or related subjects
• Minimum of 4+ years working experience
• A firm grip on modern web development and technologies
• Great skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience from revision control systems
• Experience from agile development
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:
• Experience from developing mobile apps
• Experience from Bootstrap
• Experience from back end development, preferably Java
