Are you our new Senior Feature Developer?

Arriver™ is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon Ride™ System on a Chip (SoC) platform. Arriver™ has 800 people in five countries - China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA - and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development. The company is wholly owned by Qualcomm.

In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund with around 400 colleagues.

What you'll do:

We are looking for Senior Feature Developers specialized in the area of Active Safety and/or with an expertise in embedded C++ development.

You will be part of our global team working with Autonomous Emergency Braking or Lane Keep Assist for upcoming ADAS SW platforms.

You should be ready to take on any task that appear in the backlog, whether it´s SW requirements, development/implementation, integration, analyses or tests. You will be working in close collaboration with your scrum team, other teams and stakeholders within Arriver/Qualcomm and our customers and development partners.

Your daily work in the platform development team will consist of for example:

- Development of Feature SW
- Update SW interfaces, architecture and making code reviews
- SW unit tests and SW integration
- Defining SW requirements and maintaining traceability
- Participate in vehicle testing of the Feature
- Participate in Global Community of Practice to share best practice and define way of working

What you'll bring:

To succeed in this position, we think you have all or a majority of the below skills:

- a minimum of 5 years of experience of embedded C++ experience and/or ADAS feature development
- a Master of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent area
- experience with GIT/Gerrit and requirement management tools like Code Beamer or similar
- a clean code mentality
- experience of requirement-based development of safety critical SW (Automotive SPICE and ISO26262)
- co-ordination and communication skills with special focus on communication with remote global teams

For this role it is expected to have experience of working in advanced product development. We believe that you are a person who is seeking new and exciting challenges within software development.

You are fluent in English and preferably also Swedish.
