Senior Product Designer

We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to support our team with daily tasks related to our product. As a Senior Product Designer at Winningtemp you’ll get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience and overall product strategy as well as supporting the other designers in the team.

As a part of our UX team you’ll get to:

- Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle, understanding user's needs, ideating, prototyping and evaluating solutions.

- Take ownership of the creative process, following design initiatives from the discovery phase all the way through to implementation
- Deliver new designs through user flows, prototypes and wireframes in an iterative process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Work in close collaboration with developers, product managers and UX researchers to bring new features to life as well as improving on existing functionality
- Collaborate with our UX research team to test out concepts and prototypes
- Help develop the design team’s processes and ways of working, questioning how and why we do what we do

- Help maintain and contribute to our design system, working together with the team to ensure we are following the best practices
- Hold workshops and educational seminars with other departments in the company, advocating for user centric design and spread design thinking across the organisation

Who You Are

- You have 5+ years' experience in Product Design
- You feel confident starting and owning design initiatives
- You have 2+ years experience working in HR tech and/or startup environments
- You have a passion for the user perspective - always advocating for the best possible user experience
- You are a team player and enjoy sharing ideas and learnings with the people around you

Nice to haves

- A degree in product design, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working with design systems and figma
- Experience working closely with developers

In this role you’ll be joining our design team, reporting to our design manager. Our team is currently based in Gothenburg, where we have our headquarter.

Practicals and Process

- You’ll be a part of the design team, reporting to the design manager.
- Our application process typically follows the following process:

- Interview with recruiter -> Interview with the future manager -> Case presentation -> Meet and greet with the team -> Meet and greet with the founders -> Offer.
