Requirements Analyst with UX expertise

We are looking for a driven person who is ready to take on the exciting challenge as a requirement analyst with UX profile to the IT division Buying Office & Production!

As Requirements Analyst at H&M you get the opportunity to work with other team members to ensure a delivery where time to market and quality is an important factor for our business. You will be responsible for planning and drive the requirements of the work in collaboration with business, system manager and other members of the development team.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Requirement Specialist comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Plan and drive requirements work in collaboration with business/operations, and with your team
- Identify, question and document requirements
- Analyze and assess requirements based on business goals and IT strategy
- Maintain and facilitate workshops
- Communicate with stakeholders about needs and solutions
- Drive meetings for the estimation and planning of requirements with stakeholders
- Help continuously improve our way of working regarding requirements and distributed work.

Your skills and experience include:

- Approximately 5 years experience of working with standards in business and IT
- Solid experience and interest in working with UX
- Worked in distributed teams plus if having worked with Offshore
- Experience in documenting requirements using different tools and models
- Ability to communicate problems and solutions at the business level as well as at technical level
- Ability to quickly understand how new business and IT solutions works
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Genuine interest in process development and requirements management
- Experience of working with non-functional requirements
- Communicate in both English and Swedish

It´s an advantage if you have experience in agile but also worked with waterfall method, with process modeling, information modeling and/or with the effect mapping. It is also an extra plus if you have experience from working in the retail industry and experience in global business.
