Join our mission to keep the people providing welfare to our citizens in their core business - to provide welfare services! Our teams of highly skilled software developers, testers, and domain experts are ensuring that the Swedish municipalities are armed with modern, beautiful, and easy-to-use applications. The way we are doing this is based on an agile mindset, courage, and passion. So, do you have the guts, drive, and know-how to make us even better? If so, you might be our new System Architect.

We give you challenges - are you able to make the difference?

Take on this challenge and contribute to the development of the next generation´s Welfare solutions. Within the Elderly Care Product Development department, we create tomorrow’s software applications for cloud and on-premise installations.

As our new system architect, you will play a key role in continuing our long Agile journey. You will be part of the complete product development process that includes all steps from coding to maintenance, delivery, and of course contribute to the architecture strategy. You will be focusing on continuous improvement when it comes to development process, learning, transparency, quality, and speed within your own team and across our team´s in Nordics, Poland, and India.

Who are you?

You hold a degree in a relevant field, combined with at least three years of experience developing software. You also have solid knowledge and experience in one or more of the following frameworks or technologies: C#, .NET, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, and IIS. We consider it a merit if you have experience of container environments such as Docker or Kubernetes and have an understanding of microservices. Knowledge and experience of iOS, API first, test-driven development, test automation, and continuous integration are valued. It is a plus if you have previous experience working as an architect, however, this role is also suitable for a senior software developer who wants to get into architecture.

You are an engaged and open-minded team player, but you also have a proactive approach and take responsibility on an individual level. You are driven to learn and often find yourself thinking outside the box. You aren’t afraid to show pride about your own achievements.

If you also have experience working as a Scrum Master you are the one we are looking for.

Why we believe you want to stay with us

In this exciting position, you will have great opportunities to contribute to our success. You will be able to grow your knowledge as an architect and developer inside an organization that constantly strives toward improvement. You will become a long-term member of a self-directing feature team, surrounded by professionals that alongside you will strive towards your shared goal. We believe that a healthy work-life balance combined with a friendly atmosphere builds trust, which in turn creates the freedom and creativity necessary to thrive and succeed.
