Our organization has a need to establish and develop a robust and sustainable information architecture in order to support employees and managers to work easily and in consistence with long term retrieval and retention policies.

We are now looking for a Management System Architect (Share Point Strategic Support).

Description

This position in the Quality department is a corporate role to technically and strategically support the build and future evolution of the management system.

A Management System Architect is involved in all parts of the organization and the role involves:

- Development of strategy to setup and support the structure and architecture for management collaboration system.
- Setup of management system functionality in accordance with organizational needs.
- Support and train the organization as it relates to manage processes and process documents and procedures.
- Support simplified collaboration within the company and with external partners
- Authority to setup rules and regulate the use of management system, including the right to address countermeasures for misuse.
- Communicate relevant information on a regular basis within the organisation, in a suitable way.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

- Engineering education (BSc), or have equivalent experience
- Experience experience of complex organisations, products and information management
- Sharepoint Achitect and several years of experience of user applications.
- Understanding of SQL databases.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written

- Ability to work autonomously and be able to prioritize
- Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
- Have good pedagogic communication skills.
- Ability to manage Process, Vision and Purpose
