C/C++ Software Application Developer

We're searching for an experienced c/c++ software application developer, to be situated in Uppsala, Sweden. Dirac's sound optimization tools and technologies are used by audio and acoustics professionals as well as consumers throughout the world. The professional users mainly work with audio and acoustics product development for Home, Automotive, and Mobile platforms. These users have very different and specific requirements on how the tools behave to suit their needs. Ease of use has to be combined with the right amount of user controls.

In this position, you will be part of a team whose main task is to develop and maintain this configurable framework of cross-platform audio related software applications and tools that meet all requirements from the above customers.

This role includes work with:
- GUI implementation ranging from mobile to desktop
- Local and remote backend implementation
- Definition and implementation of control and data exchange abstraction layers and APIs
- Utilizing local and remote data resources/assets (file structure and database)
- Test preparation, planning, execution, and feedback
- Internal and external technical documentation

For this position, you must have very good skills in the following areas:

- At least 5 years' experience in C/C++ development
- Cross platform development
- GUI and backend development
