Senior Full-Stack Developers for Financial Services IT

Team description
Financial Services IT is a part of the Digital Core Department at IT and its responsibility is to provide sustainable IT solutions and innovative IT expertise within the Financial Services area, thus one of our group’s primary purpose is together with FS to harmonize the global IT landscape.

So what is the plan?
We are currently looking for two new Senior Full-Stack Developers. We want to bring you and some other awesome new IT colleague to our new group to support the transformation of our high-performance agile teams that consist of architects, developers, service managers and some other stars that makes this constellation pretty special. The ultimate goal is of course to have happy users within all SFS communities who can use the power of software and data to make better decisions.

Profile
We strongly believe you are an excellent and senior full-stack developer who will have the opportunity to drive development for integrations between our different platforms.

We want our new teams to be autonomous and agile, therefore we expect you to be familiar with agile methods and thrive to work in an agile environment. To be a good fit, you should also be curious to learn new technologies and love to share your knowledge & ideas with others.

We expect you to have senior experience with .NET (CORE and React/Angular) in a cloud (AWS) environment. Azure is a great plus.

We also think that you are excellent at communicating with different types of people. We believe you are self-confident and that you are not afraid to question us and the organization. You have the ability to lead and guide your colleagues in the right direction, you have deep and analytical problem-solving skills. Being a good communicator and working proactively are key in this role.

Responsibilities
As a senior developer, you are expected to support our new team in daily activities such as
• Design, develop, implement, test and deploy complex, user-friendly, browser-based applications and web services
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Troubleshoot, debug and refactor existing systems
• Cooperate with Project Management and Engineering teams
• Willing to take on new challenges and drive them to completion.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of
  o AWS infrastructure
  o CI/CD
  o Kafka
  o databases
  o automated testing
  o monitoring infrastructure
• Write well-designed, testable code
• Experience with .NET and React/Angular
• Experience with relational databases (Aurora PostgreSQL / MySQL / Microsoft SQL Server / AWS)
• Experience with Rest API development
• Experience with building applications from scratch and maintain legacy applications
• Knowledge of code quality best practices and tools.
• Experience as team leader in a development team is a plus.
• The work environment is international, and our corporate language is English.
