IT Operations Engineer to hallon

Hallon is a sister operator of the mobile operator Tre and started in May 2013 with the vision to provide a simple connection every day for everyone. We’ve had a digital focus from the very beginning with a focus on selling and serving our customers via hallon.se and our apps.

About the role
We are looking for an IT operations engineer for hallon’s internal system. As a member of hallon’s IT team, this position is associated with the daily operation of internal applications. In this critical role, you will be engaged in driving process automation and improvements. A major part of this role will be taking actions on billing systems continuous availability, supporting business with daily customer related tasks as well as being involved in new releases and functional system changes.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing support to our customer care team for technical matters.
• React on system generated alerts, researching problems, escalating when appropriate and monitoring external integration point’s availability.
• Managing complex call records and rating engine issues and customer complaints to ensure all usage elements are properly applied to customer accounts.
• Assisting with bill production and revenue accounting procedures (bill-run processing, reconciliations, controls).
• Improving billing system performance by continuously study, evaluating, and recommending process re-design.
• Sim card and stock management. Monitoring, ordering, coordinating.

The position requires that you be fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not critical for the role.

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in the telecom industry and has a couple of years of relevant experience in a similar role. You have knowledge in PL/SQL. Knowledge in .Net/C# development is a big plus.
