Is IT your thing and do you enjoy helping your colleagues when they have technical issues? Do you have deep knowledge within Microsoft 365 and infrastructure? Great! We are looking for an IT Servicedesk Tech resource to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg.

Your role in our team.

You are part of our IT Technology team, working as an IT Servicedesk Tech Support, you make sure to support your colleague’s primary in our different offices but also all part Lindex. You contribute to a great employee experience when you find solutions, support and guide users when it comes to IT- and technology related questions. With your competence and interest in IT you are more than just a first line support, you are the expert and the go to person for your colleagues.

On daily basis you work with many different tasks, where you support the users in technical matters. The work offers a great variety and covers all technical issues from troubleshooting both hardware and software to different kind of application and network related challenges. You are a part of our digital transformation making sure to develop our tech support in continuing to become more modern and automated. At Lindex, we seek constant improvement, and you are a natural part of making us even better – for example how to handle tickets in a more efficient way and how to digitalise even more.

With your competence in IT/Tech you are always looking to improve and develop, making sure the IT Servicedesk gives the user the best experience. You suggest new ideas, are curious in knowing more about IT/tech and have an eye for details. Here at Lindex we believe in doing things together and we see that you are a team player, who is comfortable working in close collaboration with others, but also comfortable when working independently using your analytic skills to find the best solutions.

You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:   

Completed education within IT and at least two years previous working experience within IT Tech Support
Experience working with Windows PC and Windows server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, technical troubleshooting
Knowledge and interest in automation and scripting
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driving license B
Meritorious: work experience within Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), MAC, Teams conferencing room, network knowledge
