About the role
To succeed in this position, you are comfortable working in agile teams and value effective communication. We have daily meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within IT. Furthermore, we would like to see that you are driven and like to stay updated on new technical solutions for your, and your teams, development.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the team’s agile rituals and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s development and quality processes.
Who are you?
We will place great emphasis on your personality, but to succeed in the role we see that you have a degree in systems development or other relevant education at post-secondary level. Furthermore, we see that you have a few years of relevant work experience in development. A large part of the work is done in English, which means that you need to be fluent in English. In this particular role you work remotely for the most part and can live anywhere in Sweden.
As a person we want you to be communicative, driven and a true team player to fit this role. You are a curious person who likes to learn new things, you present your ideas in a good way and see what needs to be done.
The person we are looking for have a few years experience of:
- Spring/Spring Boot
It is an advantage if you have worked in similar roles within larger organizations with transaction-intensive operations. We would also like to see that you have experience from x-functional tech stacks.
