About the job

In this position, you have a leading role in overall Integration needs, primarily focusing on requirements from different Group Functions. You are responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. The integration needs are first of all focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications, such as ERP, CRM, CMS, CPM, Travel and other relevant systems. You are also accountable for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization. As a part of your Job Role, you need to act as an important link between our stakeholders and our competent developers.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Contribute to develop and adhere to the Enterprise- and data architecture standards, Enterprise Architecture governance frameworks, and system integration standards
• Develop and maintain the technology stack including new emerging technologies covering commercial or open-source integration platforms
• Provide expert advice to project teams and Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture
• Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact enterprise-wide development / architecture standards
• Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code and providing assistance for mapping business requirements in technical solutions to create solution designs
• Oversee development and support of batch and back-end processes related to the application portfolio including the technology and standards for version control
• Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures

The location of this job is in either Stockholm or Sandviken. As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel is included.

What we need from you!

We’re looking for someone who holds a degree in IT or has gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. Regardless of your background, you have extensive hands-on experience as an Integration Architect and developer within Azure iPaas and other major platforms including related functions and capabilities. You’re familiar with Azure cloud services and have practical experience in agile working methods. Fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, while Swedish skills are advantageous.

Your key to success in this role is the ability to balance the hands-on technical skills required, with being a motivating and thoughtful leader. This position also requires excellent communication skills, and you enjoy interacting with stakeholders on all levels – efficiently explaining complex tech terms in a clear way. You put things in perspective from both a macro and micro level, meaning you pay great attention to details while at the same time resonating with the bigger picture.

Along with that your experience should include:

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
• Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software
• Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management
• Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery and regression test of commercial software
• Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders
• Experience working with APIs from commercial software applications, such as CRM or ERP systems
• Has a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business
• Experience in a management or supervisory role on an integration development team
