Hybris Developer

We are looking for Hybris Developer to join our team in Stockholm.

The internet and digital market solutions are rapidly reshaping Electrolux? relationship to retailers and end-consumers. Electrolux IT is because of this becoming one of the main drivers in the necessary shift for Electrolux to become a truly digital company.

E-commerce capability has been identified as a critical success factor in this shift and this technical lead role is expected to be a main driver in that process.

To ensure the right internal skillset for this transition Electrolux IT is now looking for an experienced senior developer to be responsible for managing the technical development of the Hybris platform and ensure that best practices are used to provide a premium user experience for Electrolux customers.

The role is based in Stockholm and will mainly be focusing on the EMEA market.

// KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Hybris developer should provide guidance as well as hands on work one all technical aspects relating to the platform to ensure a best in class user experience.
This includes working both with internal and external staff as well as engaging in discussions with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advice on best usage.
The ideal candidate will need to help drive and develop the e-commerce strategy but also at the same time support the day to day delivery of improvements on the platform.

// ESSENTIAL

? Extensive experience of Java development (3+ years)
? In depth knowledge of the Hybris platform
? Good knowledge on integration of E-commerce platform to ERP platforms with emphasis on SAP (preffered)
? Good knowledge of the application servers (Apache Tomcat, VMware etc)
? Experience from agile development methods
? Experience from managing version control tools, QA tools, tools for issue tracking etc
? Ability to support functional analysts with advice and suggestions on how to best resolve requirements for optimal performance and user experience
? Experience from leading development & technical teams both internal and external (either in projects or via line management roles)
? Ability to get in-depth understanding of the company, its strategy, the business objectives and translate that to the E-commerce roadmap
? Open to work also with other platforms & tools if required

Personal Skills
? Clear communication skills to different types of audiences and ability to explain technical aspects in simple terms
? Ability to think both in terms of short term deliverables and long term strategy
? Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both with internal and external (offshore) partners
? Excellent English, oral and written
