Do you want to be part of building the next generation of financial services? We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Product Engineering department building our Banking as a Service Platform. We are building an organisation and culture of highly autonomous product teams with the innovation power to give our customers the future of banking. We are looking for someone who wants to play an important role in designing and building the backend powering the next generation of financing, while growing as a leader and engineer. What you will do
- Developing and maintaining a scalable distributed platform for financial services
- Driver for creating new embedded finance products
- Together with the teams, own full life cycle management for the product/service portfolio
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and services to stay relevant in our offering
- Drive innovation through technology and work with our product people to improve our platform
- Drive ways of working and make sure the teams have the best possible conditions to perform
Who you are
You have a true passion for everything related to tech, as well as a true interest in the financial space and related areas and how new technology can be used to build new financial products. We guess that you most likely have been working with software engineering for at least five years, and preferably in a leading role. And hopefully, you have knowledge, interest and experience in the following:
- Previously worked with financing products or processes
- Have experience from Java and Spring Boot framework or other DI frameworks and NoSql
- Have experience from Kafka, JUnit and Mockito
- Have seen the advantages of Continuous Delivery and know how to get there
- Our tech stack is fully on GCP, with services mainly built in Java 11 and Java 17, currently high usage of GigaSpaces and we are exploring other stacks. We are using gRPC internally and exposing RestAPI externally
