For our client we are currently looking for a e-learning Developer.  If you are passionate about design, develop, test and implement interactive multi-media web-based training material this is the role for you!

Mission:

Deliver customer-centric learning products on time and budget. Design, develop, test and implement interactive multi-media web-based training material for new product ranges and enhanced functionality of existing products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit content into stand-alone e-learning courses or online presentations for instructor-lead trainings, for use on LMS and Web, including mobile platforms;
• Analyze training needs, learning points and technical product content
• Create curriculum design, storyboard and script; Create or edit images and graphics in 2D and 3D;
• Record, edit and sync voice-over narration; Manage and maintain our Learning Management systems;
• Ensure all materials are consistent and aligned with learning and development guidelines and corporate visual identity; Ensure technical quality and function of all courses; provide usage statistics; Manage user acceptance testing process;
• Create facilitator guides, workbooks, handouts, or other print materials to support the e-learning;
• Coordinate the review and approval with the SME and regulatory experts, requiring the consolidation of ideas and thorough implementation of must-do changes;
• Publish to diverse platforms and administer the customers document archiving.

Experience and requirements:

Bachelor´s Degree preferably in instructional development and design, technical writing, or appropriate work experience.

e-learningexpert with at least three years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, writing and editing.

Required: Proficiency with either Captivate, Articulate, or Storlyline, managing user interaction, triggers; layers within slides; object states; variables; dobe Creative Suite: advanced level, develop and adjust pixel and vector graphics to fit the purpose of e-learning; Adobe Flash: Intermediate level; Experience with SCORM/AICC protocols, LMSfunctionality, HTML, CSS, JavaScript languages.

Required: English proficiency. Favorable: Swedish.

Excellent problem solving skills; the ability to build good working relationships, and communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.

Must have worked successfully and efficiently both in a collaborative team environment and independently.

Passionate about clear expression and empowering the learners as users of the material created.
