The head of DevOps will lead the day-to-day activities, including daily scrum meetings, bi-weekly sprint reviews, planning sessions and other scrum-related activities. You’ll be working with CI/CD pipelines, deploying to the Cloud and automating wherever possible. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as applications teams as well as with other stakeholders in the business.
The DevOps team has about 15 employees with half located in Romania and half in Sweden.
The devops team mainly develops and implements API:s, Integrations, RPA:s as well as a few custom made BI applications and web-based applications. The team is also responsible for the infrastructure with an ongoing project to transition from an onprem environment to AWS Cloud.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position
* Experience as Scrum Master, Solution or Cloud Architect, Senior Developer, DevOps Engineer etc
* Experience and practical understanding of accepted DevOps principles
* Experience in service management practices (like ITIL), and processes within a continuous delivery environment (like sAFE).
* Experience working with the cloud (AWS), CI/CD and Infrastructure as code
* Experience in enterprise network technologies as well as experience working in a large database operation environment (MS SQL)
* Experience working with API:s and integrations
* Familiar with VisualStudio, GitLab, TestComplete, xUnit, Selenium, Elastic Stack, Tableau, Jira and Confluence
* Familiar with PowerShell, Bash, C#, Python, Java and Ruby
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to build trust and develop strong, meaningful, and lasting relationships with others
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
This role is based in our Solna Office in Sweden and we apply flexible working, meaning 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
