Growth & Analytics Manager

Sellpy is one of Sweden’s fastest growing startups and have already helped thousands of people to sell the things they don’t use anymore. We want to revolutionize the way we sell used goods and make it as easy to sell things as it is to buy them.

We are looking for an analytical, creative and driven Growth & Analytics Manager to join our team to help accelerate Sellpy’s growth.

You will:

• Create marketing campaigns: Set up campaigns within Social Display, SEM, Referrals, Affiliate, etc.
• Manage campaigns: Optimise campaign results through testing of creatives, ad copies, and bid management.
• Optimise growth and marketing initiatives: Develop in-depth understanding for what drives growth and engagement and leverage those insights.
• Present performance: Develop dashboards/reports to drive strategy and tactics
• Forecast: Create and manage forecasting models for growth
• Do whatever it takes to help Sellpy continue growing: You must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a highly analytical role. Preferably prior experience in online marketing, but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly, whether it’s using a new marketing tool or querying large data sets.
• Very strong analytical skills: Experience solving real world business problems using Excel modeling and relational databases.
• Passionate about fashion, second-hand and sustainability.
• Skills in HTML/Javascript is a plus
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
