IT Security Consultants (Ethical Hackers/Pen testers)

Outpost24 is looking for Senior IT Security Consultants, IT Security Consultants & Junior IT Security Consultants to join our expanding international team.

We are looking for dedicated security testers, who view security as a personal interest as well as a day job. We expect our future colleagues to enjoy following security related news and exploring new threats and trends in the security landscape.

Candidates for both positions should be passionate about security testing and should enjoy diving into new topics. Both roles offer a free working environment where you can develop and hone your skills with very dedicated team members.

Candidates must be inquisitive, critical, assertive and very capable on a technical level. You are expected to be capable of investigating the security level of an organization, to communicate clearly and explain how it's security level can be improved and what measures are more or less effective at attaining this. In most cases this revolves around actual operational security and less about demands based on law and regulations.

As a Junior/ Mid or Senior Level Security Consultant you will be executing challenging projects for our clients in the field of IT Security, These clients range from small - medium sized businesses as well as enterprise businesses and Fortune 100 companies located in more than 40 countries.

The success candidate will be responsible for security consulting within global professional security services team within Outpost24.

Responsibilities:
. You will help our clients to identify weaknesses of their IT-systems by carrying out penetration tests and vulnerability scans using the Outpost24 unique security products and other tools.
. You will perform security code audits.
. You will support and advise our clients with respect to system improvements.
. You will test the security of (web) applications and IT infrastructure
. You take s strong role in developing and expanding the Outpost24 portfolio in the area of security.
. RFP/SoW response - Assist with the response to RFP and prepare Statements of Work and
aid in other pre-sales activities

Requirements:
. The applicant must have a good understanding of up to date penetration testing techniques,methodologies and tools including web application, infrastructure, wireless, VoIP, database
and war-dialing assessments, build reviews of common OS and database platforms. These skills will be further developed and improved while working closely within the existing technical team.
. The successful applicant will ideally to be able to perform security code audits. Languages in order of preference: Java, .NET. ASP, JSP, C#, C++.VB, C, PHP, Python, ASM, SOAP &
XML.
. The candidate must be client facing and comfortable in delivering clear and concise information to the client at both the technical and management level with the ability to manage engagements with minimal oversight. In addition, the candidate will be able to grow client relationships.
. Candidate is a certified ethical hacker or relevant certifications and/or experience in IT Security sector.
. Have a good knowledge of the English language, both speaking and writing.
. Have some experience in management, project management, planning, can coordinate junior/medior consultants and accompany testers' test routes.
. Have good attention to detail.
. Have team-work mentality and have strong communication skills (both oral and written)
