The Digital Buildings Business of Schneider Electric provides Intelligent building management solutions to help customers create a productive and comfortable environment for its occupants, reduce energy consumption and run building operations efficiently.
 

What we are looking for  
The position is with the Cloud Application Support team. This team is part R&D and is the entry point for complex customer site issues, lifecycle management requests, and security and data privacy inquires and incidents. We are a Level four support team that comes into play when country organization support and the Global Product Support organizations have challenges in finding resolutions to customer site problems or need application support. Normally we interact with customers through the Global Product Support, but we also have direct interaction with a set of global VIP customers. Activities will include triaging issues, requests, and incidents to determine which of many integrated offers should be responding to or correcting a customer challenge and executing lifecycle management requests for specific applications.
 
Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Cloud Application Support Engineer for our EcoStruxure Smart Building Applications and Platform.
  
The role requires deep technical problem analysis and great communication skills. The responsibility is to have/gain profound knowledge of Schneider Electric Digital Buildings products and solutions
 
In this role you will
* Manage complex customer issues, lifecycle management requests, and security and data privacy inquiries and incidents. 
* Interact and coordinate with multiple internal and external R&D teams.
* Assist in the operational support of multiple global multi-tenant SaaS solutions deployed on the Microsoft Azure cloud
* Work with stakeholders to solve problems, debug, profile, etc.

 
Wish list of skills and experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or extensive experience supporting and operating cloud based SaaS product offerings.
* Experience with cloud development technologies and frameworks (Azure, Azure Service Framework, C#, .NET, Entity Framework Core, Azure DevOps) a plus
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication skills; both written and verba
