Are you an engineer within Solid Mechanics and interested in working with commercial aero engines? This is the job for you!

Our customer in Trollhättan, working with sustainable aerospace innovation, is currently looking for a solid mechanical engineer eager to join their team.

As a solid mechanical engineer you will work within the Solid Structures and Structural Dynamics applied mechanics area. Your main focus will be on FE-simulations using both commercially available, but also in-house developed tools.

Together with several other highly skilled and experienced engineers you will work to support in different project teams, working mainly with commercial aero engines.

Qualifications

To be a good fit for the role we believe that you are an engineer with a master's degree, within the discipline of applied mechanics.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge in Swedish is highly meritorious.

You are a very experienced user of Finite Element Method with documented experience in use of software tools ANSYS WorkBench/Classic and SimCenter. You are well versed in the Office-suite as well.

Experience in Software tool NASGRO and scripting skills in Python and Matlab is favorable.

Experience in SAP R3 and TeamSite is also advantageous.
