Platform Architect

The position

Are you a skilled Software Architect with a passion for change and innovation? Do you want to be a part of how healthcare systems of the future will play a role in healthcare and welfare improvement? If so, then we have got a fantastic opportunity for you to become a member of our Platform team with colleagues both in Sweden and Sri Lanka. Our mission is to provide the platform and tooling both for the Cambio customers but also for our application developers to give them great possibilities to create awesome experiences for our customers.

You will be a part of an agile team with the product owner and the developers with improving and refining the technical architecture of the product, making sure that the development aligns with the technical vision of the company and securing scalability, reliability, and availability of the product.

About you

You are a hands-on, technical person with great leadership in architecture and a passion for all stages of software development. You are a mature and responsible team player and can also act as a leader. You have a great interest in technology and are passionate about programming. You understand complex and abstract concepts and you can explain them in an understandable manner. You have a DevOps mindset and always strive for improvements.

Requirements 

- 5+ years hands-on experience in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes or other container platform solutions

- Good understanding of service oriented architectures, performance optimization techniques

- Experience with test automation

- Interest to push the DevOps mindset 

- Experience in MSSQL

- Speaks and writes English fluently

It's a bonus if you

- Experience working on high-volume distributed systems. 

- Experience in JBoss or similar application servers.

- Experience in Redhat AMQ and/or OpenShift

Scope: Full time
