The Wineally business system (http://www.wineally.com) will digitise the global wine trade and help wine producers, wine merchants, hotels, restaurants, and cafés building financially sustainable businesses. In addition, the Wineally app offers great benefits for wine consumers.

The position
Currently we’re scaling up our team in Helsingborg with more talented colleagues. Our technology stack consists of .Net framework, Vue .js, PostgreSQL running on Docker/Kubernetes in Azure.

As a Software Architect you’ll create proof of concepts and architecture improvements including plans for transitioning to the target architecture. You’ll also ensure we develop according to guidelines and best practices and that we have a scalable and robust system that runs on the most relevant cloud services.

Specific responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall architecture and the execution of improvements
- Define and communicate changes to the development team
- Architecting and designing new functions and products
- Assessing and suggesting improvements of existing functionality
- Take part in the daily development process
- Mentor, guide and support the rest of the development team in Helsingborgand offshore
- Review code and verify code meet coding and design standards
- Drive improvements in security, architecture, cloud infrastructure and other key areas
- Support with high level estimation for planning

Your profile
You are an experienced Software Architect with at least 7 years’ experience in software development and running global SaaS solutions on cloud infrastructure. You have worked both as a Developer and a Software Architect and now want to join Wineally in our exciting adventure that lies ahead. You have an understanding of what it is all about to work in a fast paced scale-up environment.

You enjoy finding optimal solutions and utilise cloud technologies to deliver fast results with high quality. You constantly keep track of and adapt to new technologies. You work in a structured manner and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

As a person you are positive, prestige-less, open-minded, a loyal team player and above all a great Software Architect. If you also enjoy travelling, food and wine, working with a professional, creative, and fun team in a fast-growing company you will fit in perfectly.

Specific requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Architect
- 3+ years of experience in leading development roles
- 3+ years of experience in designing and maintaining consumer facing web Applications, mobile applications        and public APIs
- Fluent in English, in both speech and writing
- Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure and AWS)
- Proficient knowledge in our technology stack (Net framework, Vue .js, PostgreSQL running on                                    Docker/Kubernetes in Azure. Kafka and search platforms such as Elastic Search)
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Services
- Experience in relational database design and modelling, experience in PostgreSQL is a plus
- Extensive knowledge about API design and development
- Ability to do big-picture planning
- Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem solving and communication
- A positive solution-oriented mindset
- BSc/BA or MSc

Conditions
You will work at the Wineally office, located in Oceanhamnen in the centre of Helsingborg. Wineally offers a flexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely in some parts, although it is important that you can work the majority of your time from our office.
