3 is looking for a talented, Oracle Applications developer to join the IT finance team at our Stockholm office. 

If you have a strong background in Oracle Applications (financials and logistics) and are interested in joining a close-knit cross functional agile team, then this is the opportunity for you!  We recently implemented oracle HCM fusion on premises and are looking for someone who likes to become our expert.

Who are we?

The IT finance team consists out of business analysts, developers, testers, an agile coach and an IT product owner.  The team works together to deliver system changes for both the Swedish and the Danish organization.

We have a complex implementation of EBS, tightly integrated into our sales processes.  We currently run the following oracle E-business Suite R12 modules:  financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets), Purchase Orders, Logistics modules (Order Management, Oracle Inventory) and Human Capital Management.  It is good if the “Procure to Pay” and “Order to cash” are well known to you. 

Within IT development we aim to become awesome where one click deployment and instant feedback on code quality are just two of the areas in focus.  We run bi-weekly iterations, learn and improve ourselves constantly and are committed to personal and professional development.

Who are you?

We aim all persons to be T-shaped, meaning being expert in their area but open to learn and support in other areas. As a developer you will, together with the team, analyze, design, develop, create auto tests, test, install software and improve the whole process.  It is an advantage if you have worked closely with stakeholders and did functional testing.

 Qualifications

• Experienced EBS developer (min 6 years)
• A track record of success in solving significant technology-related problems
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
• Experienced in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms and workflows
• Demonstrated self-direction skills.
