About the job

You’re responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to all cloud specific initiatives covering integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. You’re also accountable for developing and maintaining entire Application Portfolio for Group Functions along with application integration architecture blueprint for the organization.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Gather information from stakeholders to document functional, system, and data requirements
• Assess available technologies and create detailed technical specifications or data models for development of new or modifications to existing internal applications or systems
• Designs, codes, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and documents on new or existing core administration integrated information systems with moderate supervision at various levels of complexity
• Produces quality enterprise information systems of application architectures that meet or exceed client expectations on operations and strategic projects
• Develops and maintains internal systems or applications involving various programming languages
• Performs testing, analysis, and debugging on applications and systems to identify and fix problems
• Uses development specifications to create detailed test cases. Analyze results of testing to ensure technology solution matches the organization's business needs
• Trains or contributes to training of stakeholders and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented technologies

The location of this job is in either Stockholm or Sandviken. As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel is included.

What we need from you!

We’re looking for someone who holds a degree in IT or has gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. Regardless of your background, you have extensive hands-on experience as a Developer within Azure Cloud and other major platforms including different component of Azure PaaS Service, functions, DevOps Engineering and other capabilities. You’re familiar with Azure cloud services and have practical experience in agile working methods. Adequate skills in English is a requirement, while Swedish skills are advantageous.

Your key to success in this role is the ability to balance the hands-on technical skills required, with being a motivating and thoughtful leader. This position also requires excellent communication skills, and you enjoy interacting with stakeholders on all levels – efficiently explaining complex tech terms in a clear way and pay great attention to details while at the same time resonating with the bigger picture.

Along with that your experience should include:

• You have extensive experience of IT development using general development technologies (i.e., C#, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Coding, XML, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, Kendo UI etc.) along with comparable computing language (i.e., Net Framework, BI, ERP).
• Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation, orchestration tools, Microservice Architecture, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps and other relevant programming languages and tools.
• Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery and regression test of commercial software as well as API Management and Development
• Experience with C#, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with clients; establish strong working relationships with business and technology partners at all levels; exercise sound judgment; collaborate effectively with peers, subordinates and superiors.
• Must understand and have experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
