ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Digital Learning & E-learning Specialist, you will manage various learning assignments and projects. Your main focus will be to set requirements for our suppliers but also create processes, routines and guidelines in order to support the business. Your passion is to design and build eLearnings and other digital learning, since a main part of your role is to define and create digital educational materials, such as e-learning, video tutorials e t c. Further, you will support the implementation of sales and product management certification processes, act as sounding board and support to other departments and stakeholders. In short, you will apply various needs to concrete actions as well as spread knowledge internally and externally, focusing on digital media but also blended learning solutions including classroom training, together with the business.

Nacka will be your base but you will travel at least once a month, and therefore have Atlas Copco’s global offices as your workplace.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for someone with at least five years’ in depth experience from e-learning and experience of a learning management system, LMS. Other digital learning experiences are beneficial.
Atlas Copco is currently using SumTotal Systems LMS, and our eLearning tool is Storyline2 . It is also important that you have been working within an international company as well as with change processes. A background from sales and sales processes is a plus!

Education:
You hold a bachelor or master’s degree preferably with specialization in Pedagogic, Media Technology, Learning or similar. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, although Swedish will make your job easier. As your English skills are very important, we would like to receive some written text or other example that proves your skills.

Personality:
You enjoy to share your knowledge, experience likes to coach and guide others who don’t have a learning background. You are outgoing and not afraid of asking a lot of questions. Moreover, you contribute with your ability to put yourself in our stakeholder’s shoes in order to understand their conditions and needs. As you will have a key role in our large projects, you need to work well under pressure and have the courage and integrity to say no when needed. All in all, you need to be clear in your prioritizes and have strong communication skills to succeed in this role.
