We are looking for a Business Analyst on-site in Malmo, The ideal candidate
has several years of experience in analytics and coding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related area)
- Experience in scripting with SQL and extracting large sets of data
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work with others towards the same outcome and drive results
- Ability to learn new technology/business functions quickly through instruction and self- training
- Knowledge of analytics languages like Python or R is a must
- Have prior experience working with reporting BI tools and Snowflake data warehouse specifically. Knowledge of data pipeline automation is a plus.
- Ability to lead a team and deliver is a plus.
Required Skills :
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, profiling, data cleansing and standardization Process
- Analyze stakeholder reported data issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing appropriate remediation
- Excellent advanced SQL and analytical skills to query databases to perform data analysis to further enhance business analysis
- Experience of Master data management business processes and MDM (Reltio like) platform skills around data stewardship
- General knowledge of data quality framework processes.
- Dashboard platforms like Tableau, scripting languages like Python, SQL etc. ability to build DQ dashboards
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders including Technology Platform providers, data vendors and business communities
