Assignment Description:

We are recruiting a Senior .NET Developer with broad skills, practical experience, and focus on public and internal web applications.

You will work with all development, maintenance and operation of all the company's applications, servers and personal computers, both for internal and external use. The company's IT environment is today based on the IBM iSeries platform for internal administrative applications and ASP.NET MVC & SQL Server for other public and internal web applications.

What you'll do:

● Work on modernization of current system with complicated regulations to increase automation in case management alongside existing front-end team.

● Managing company database to analyse and prepare reports to support systematic work environment management.

● Support and management of the company's external web applications and associated back-end systems intended for accounting of result data, breeding and health data and for the general information web based on development in C# and SQL in a Microsoft environment.

● Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.

● Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture and provide guidance to development teams.

● Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.

● Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.

● Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.

● Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.

● Work with server and network administrators to ensure that end-to-end system integrity and security are maintained for the system.

Who you are:

● The consultant must have several years from .NET system development.

● Experience with communicating between decoupled services through event-driven architecture.

● Expertise in knowledge and application of web development in Visual Studio with C# and with MS SQL-Server as a database.

● Technological experience in MVC, ASP and ASP.NET.

● Proficiency in verbal and written communication of English Language, however, preference will be given to Swedish language.
