We are scaling up Waypoint, If’s largest digital investment; a digital platform built from scratch. A common platform for all services and business areas built on modern technology. Waypoint is If’s new digital insurance platform for the future, involving 200 employees working together in 15 cross-functional development teams in the Nordics and Latvia. Every single day, the focus is on finding smarter solutions for us and our customers.

We are now looking for two additional .NET developers to our Policy Motor Team, based in Stockholm Bergshamra.

About the team

The Policy Motor Team works within the distributed enterprise system with hundreds of integrations, maintaining and delivering API’s, front-end, infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline and other components. This includes integrations as well with some legacy systems. Our knowledgeable team members strive for a good code quality, solid design principles and other best patterns and practices. Thinking proactively and working in an agile mode is our way of reaching the goal. Our Azure cloud initiative is getting more and more attention as we want to move to the cloud as much as possible.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who care enough about your colleagues and our customers to code good stuff. Code that works for a long time, is fast and provides solutions that are easy to use. You like to share your knowledge with others and gain knowledge from all available sources.

You also have:

• Completed a relevant education at bachelor's level or higher
• Acquired 5 or more years of experience with .NET and C#, preferably in an agile environment
• Experience with Azure
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux and CSS
• Good language skills in English
