Junior Software Engineer to innovating company

THE POSITION:

In this role you will work in-between embedded and application development. You will work with VRx-products , AR ,eye-tracking headset, and implement software on embedded systems using C/C++ and Python. You will also develop new features on the product.

Task include:

• Adapt their existing eye tracking solution to new hardware platforms.
• Develop maintain and improve their system software stack on embedded systems and hosts, which ranges from firmware all the way up to the public APIs provided to customers.
• Consult with QA engineers regarding troubleshooting and debugging system software code.
• Consult with hardware engineers regarding the interface between hardware and software

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or other relevant disciplines
• Programming skills and knowledge in C and C++
• Experience in embedded systems with high-performance SoCs
• Experience in Unit and System testing and Python scripting

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company.
