Graphic Design Intern

Bokafix is an innovative start-up company based in Stockholm and we are currently looking for a Graphic Design student or recent graduate for a 6 month internship placement.

You will work closely with the CEO as part our small but growing global marketing department. In this internship, you will learn and gain experience working with tools such as Adobe, Figma, Canva, and others. You will be able to work on a wide range of design projects, from UI design, content and Social Media, to product marketing, web or email. We seek a creative, who's open mind and eager to learn from a global company and an experienced team!

Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with project managers to understand briefing requirements. Propose creative concepts adapted to the needs of each design project.
• Design graphics and produce slick on brand animations
• Effectively apply branding and visual style of Bokafix in every single element you deliver, ensuring overall brand consistency.
• Design creative assets for different marketing channels and formats: social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter…), product, banners, emails, landing pages, product materials, etc.
• Adapt and optimize current templates so they can be adapted to other campaigns or needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team, sharing new ideas and creative concepts.
• Track and effectively update design projects through the processes and tools used by the team for project management (Trello, Google Sheets, calendars, etc.)

🏆 ABOUT YOU

Your Profile

• Min 2 years experience as a student in a design related field.
• Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Skills in motion graphics
• UX/UI design skills would be ideal.
• Understanding of visual elements with a keen eye for detail.
• Teamwork attitude with good communication skills is a must!
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus.
• Required: Graphic Design Portfolio to complete the application

Meritorious skills:

• Understanding of the web design process

This is a full-time internship opportunity with a start in October 2022 you must be based in Sweden, Europe or UK and be able to travel to Stockholm occasionally if needed.
