Lead Designer

Hi, we are Tink!  We are a Stockholm based fintech start-up. The Tink app is a smart, fun and simple way of keeping track of your money! We launched just a year ago and now we have over 200 000 users in Sweden and are preparing to launch internationally. We’ve done a lot of things right to get here, but there’s a tremendous amount that we have yet to do.

At Tink we want to build an amazing product by questioning what a financial product should look like. Design is something that we care about deeply and is core to our efforts to provide superior solutions and memorable experiences. We are now looking for an outstanding Lead Designer to join our small cross-functional team whose mission it is to shape the next generation of Tink.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create iconic, memorable visual designs and user interfaces for Tink’s mobile properties and to
• Develop and grow a cohesive aesthetic vision for the brand and products including product UI and UX
• Lead and produce multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfection and speed
• Be highly involved in the product development process in close collaboration with product Management and engineering
• Play a prominent role in helping Tink grow and make the product as fun, smart and convenient as a fairly complex financial product can ever be

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A portfolio with jaw-droppingly gorgeous mobile design work
• Experience in creating user interface for a consumer product
• Ability push the bounds of our products creatively, but balance this with usability
• A strong design opinion, yet able to have open, direct, and respectful conversations about other points of view and dedicated to pixel-precision.

This is a hands-on role in a growing company. While you at start will be the sole dedicate designer, it is our ambition to growth the design-team as Tink is expanding.
