About the role

As the Product Design Manager, you will focus on leading the team of designers in the Azets Software organization. The growing team currently consists of 3 UX Designers, 2 UI Designers and a UX Lead. In collaboration with colleagues abroad, you will spearhead the design perspectives of product development as well as take broader design decisions across the company to unite the existing products into one. You will ensure designers follow set processes and methodologies for all core design activities, from user research to interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and consistently deliver at a high level of quality. 

Perhaps most importantly, you will be a coach and mentor for your team, offer support, ensure a healthy work culture and manage career progressions - all to help your peers thrive. It’s primarily a managerial role but you will be offering hands-on support as well.

About you

Keys for success:

• 8+ years within the digital design field.
• Experience in leading product and UX teams.
• A communicative and empathic people-person. 
• Good language skills in English. Additional Nordic languages helpful. 
• Proven impact on business growth. 
• Accustomed to strategic and organizational work.
