About the position
We are on an exciting growth journey, meaning we are looking to enter new markets internationally, and would love your help in further developing our platform. As part of a smaller team (consisting of about 40-50 developers in total), you will be closer to the business and product development where you can quickly see the results of your work. Today we have 10 cross-functional teams so whether you have a passion for employee experience, employee benefits, the future of people (aka their retirement), or transactional flow, we have a place for you!
As a Fullstack Developer at Benify, you will be responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle, working in an agile and cross-functional team consisting of developers, product owners, UX and agile coaches. With 3-5 daily releases, the feature you are developing will quickly be live and used by each of our 2+ million users around the world. What you create really makes a big difference.
Your everyday life will include:
• Be responsible for the fullstack development working with technologies like Java 16, Spring, MySQL, TypeScript and Angular 11
• Work with Agile system development such as Scrum and Kanban
• Work with complex problems in a product based company
• Transform business- and user needs into great solutions and neat code
• Contribute to technical- and architectural evolution as well as improvements of code quality

Some experiences you might have:
• Relevant educational background within Computer Science or similar
• Preferably a few years’ experience working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, Typescript and Angular (or other frontend frameworks)
• Preferably a few years’ experience working with backend technologies
• Hands-on experience in agile software development
• A strong knowledge of English, both verbally and written
