In this role you will work with maintaining and developing solutions within our Salesforce platform. You will translate user needs into technical solutions with high quality. With Salesforce as platform, we as a team deliver a workflow for our sales, marketing and support organizations worldwide. We serve all of Axis in all it's offers, so to succeed you need to be interested both in our business as well as the platform and our underlaying on prem systems. It's complex, and it's fun! Do you like to have your head in the clouds but are not afraid of taking a deep dive? That's what the everyday in this team looks like. You need to be visionary and at the same time dive into the details of a solution and work both in the clouds but also implement solutions connected to our on prem systems.
The team is structured and have a well thought out process where IT product owners, Architects, Technical lead together with the whole team create the best possible circumstances for you as a developer to focus on using your skills and creativity to build and develop the platform.
You will be able to keep focus on coding, and you will have clear purpose and understand why your work is important what will be accomplished through it and the teams efforts.
The team always has a helping hand to offer, and you will be able to turn to anyone to push though when your stuck and exchange your ideas with.
What you'll do here as a Salesforce developer:
Solve problems. Turn user needs into technical solutions with Salesforce standards like lightning web components or code backend solutions in Apex. Be part of developing and take responsibility for keeping up the long-term architectural paths in our Salesforce platform. You will have to take in all the details of your assignments to be able to create a solution that fulfills the need and goal of with all your knowledge and experience.
Furthermore, you will:
* Develop front-end and back-end solutions within the salesforce platform with lightning web components and Apex
* Work with integrations primarily from the salesforce side
* Adopt and keep up with learning new technology's and features from salesforce
Who are we looking for / Who are you?
You are a passionate problem solver and a team player with a few years of experience as a salesforce developer or experience working with SaaS-platform development. You have no problems in turning needs into technical solutions and you can foresee and explain consequences of choices being made. You have a user centric starting point in your technical suggestions. You are hungry for knowledge and is never done learning new things that you can add to your toolbox. You have a true interest in technology and in particular Salesforce and follow news around the next salesforce release is more interesting than Instagram.
We'd love to hear that you have:
* Experience of JavaScript, frontend frameworks like React, Angular and HTML, CSS
* Experience from object-oriented programming languages
* Experience from previous SaaS-platform development
* Experience to work with, write and consume API:s
It's a plus if you
* Worked in Git and have experience from Gerrit and Jenkins
* If you have experience from other global enterprise companies
* Dedication to testing, code reviews and other quality-oriented practices supporting workflows are highly valuable.
* You speak Swedish and/or English fluently
But most important is your attitude. A mix of curiosity and reflection is what will be needed, since we have a lot of mandate in our team. Collaboration is key to success at Axis, you are good at communication. Your manager will be Niklas Nilsson, Manager Sales- and marketing business integrations.
