Senior UX Designer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to support the development of an application. You’ll be part of our growing and dynamic design community where you are supported and expected to contribute to great customer experiences and increased design maturity in the organization.

What you'll do:

● Conduct and lead user research and test activities within our co-development fleet and use a variety of qualitative and a subset of quantitative methods to validate our products and services.

● Communicate and visualize user needs and behaviours and facilitate collaboration activities.

● Work as a UX generalist to perform research and needs analysis to service design, producing user interfaces and conducting usage tests..

● Presentation of the results in an easily accessible/understandable way.

● Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business decisions.

● Working with case management systems using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin or similar.

Who you are:

● Candidate should possess relevant education in design, or equivalent work experience.

● MSc Degree in a relevant area (design ethnography, industrial design, user experience or equivalent field of study) or equivalent expertise.

● Candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in design role.

● An artistic eye for design and ability to think creatively to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

● Excellent organisational, time and project management skills along with proficiency in IT and programming skills.

● An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment with ability to enhance self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.

● Prior experience with visual design, a good understanding of UX and detailed design in digital interfaces.

● Ability and interest to familiarize themselves with business-critical management and processes.
