Full Stack Developer to Werlabs

Werlabs is growing at a rapid pace, and we are now looking for smart, creative, and kind-hearted people with an interest in improving the public health in Sweden.

As a full stack developer at Werlabs, you will play a key role in the development of Werlab’s digital presence. You will be part of a supporting and knowledge-sharing product team. Even though the opening is a full stack developer role, Werlabs main priorities are currently related to backend development. The team is responsible for the design and creation of the technical platforms with an agile and flexible way of working towards the common goal - to constantly improve Werlab’s digital platforms.

A few things that you have experience with...

- 2+ years working as a full stack developer
- Backend development
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Node.js
- REST API:s with a commonly used language such as Java, Python, Typescript, Go, Ruby etc.

Also, beneficial if you have experience with...
- Container based environments
- Microservice based architectures
- Creating observable systems
- Event sourced architecture

Werlabs was founded by the doctor Richard Lagerqvist when he realized that many of the common diseases that he treated on a daily base, could have been prevented. A blood sample could have identified potential risk early in the process, and from there act to prevent a fully developed disease. Today, Werlabs offers multiple different health checks for human beings who want to proactively track, understand, and improve their health.
