Basic qualifications:

• At least 5 years of documented experience as an interaction designer/UI/UX designer
• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
• Good understanding of user needs and user flows
• Experience of user-centered work with interviews and research and usability tests
• Experience of working with any of Sketch, Abstract, Figma, Adobe XD or other tools used to produce digital sketches and prototypes on external web pages
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes, user flows and wire frames
• Experience of accessibility work

Preferred qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish (verbal and written)
• Varied portfolio
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experienced in accessibility
• Have worked data-driven and hypothesis-based
• Experience in structuring, documenting and communicating solution proposals and solutions to different personas
