About the role
As a support technician with us, you support users via phone, email, remote and on-site. The support department handles both 1st and 2nd line matters on a broad level - everything from password change, hardware and software support, client support, and application support to troubleshooting of Windows servers, coordination, and contact with 3rd party suppliers. The role is an internal service function, which places high demands on service and customer service.
We see that you come from a service desk background where you worked with case management regarding issues within infrastructure such as troubleshooting Windows, Office365, and hardware. You understand how IT functions in a workplace and how things are connected. We would also like to see that you like to work in a team but are able to take personal responsibility.
To fit in this role, you must have good, general knowledge in:
- MS Office 2013/16
- Office 365 and related services
- Support computers with Windows 10/11
- Administration in Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Windows server
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals
- Case management system, Jira is meritorious
