Senior Java Developer

We are looking for experienced java developers to join our team of consultants. You will work on projects with some of the most exciting start-ups and Tech Unicorns of Stockholm – one of the hottest start-up hubs in the world. We are looking for some of the best developers out there with a strong interest to learn new technologies and development methodologies.

We have an amazing team of people in place already and we have already worked with 100+ companies in the Nordics during the past 10 years.

Experience We Are Looking For:

• Developing applications/systems from beginning to end
• Knowledge about building micro-services architectures and deploying these in the cloud
• Java 11 or later editions, SpringBoot
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is necessary
• Javascript experience in Angular or Node is a big plus
• If you have experience acting as a team/tech lead it's even better

The Selection Process

• After receiving your application, we will review it and get back to you.
• Phone screening (30 minutes)
• Online code challenge (2-4 hours), which you can do when suitable for you.
• Technical interview with one of our engineers (1,5 hour)
• Online personality and logics test (1 hour).
• Value based interview to better understand your personality and explain our values and culture as well as what you can expect from us as an employer. (1-1,5 hour)
• References.
• Contract proposal and hopefully start the relocation process (if need be).
