We are looking for a Digital Academy Developer to our client!

Assignment description

One of the clients key strategic objectives in their Digital Shift is to be a leader in digital solutions giving us a competitive advantage driving growth.

One of the moves the client is making is to support their Digital Shift is to increase their digital technology competence by building a strong learning culture. To support the learning culture, the clients CIO office is leading a journey to build a Digital Academy to support the learning culture and communities within it.

The client is now looking for an engaged and personalble SharePoint Developer to build their Digital Learning site that is integrated with their other digital suppliers. An obvious key skill in this role is a mastery of the SharePoint platform and its platform related tools. You also must be familiar with Office 365’s tools. Familiarity with Workday LMS and LinkedIn Learning platforms are a plus.

Besides technical skills, your soft skills are extremely valuable. As a person you have a genuine interest in digital technology and can explain its concepts in an simple and understandable way. You have an eye for identifying learning-related problems our end users are struggling with, and can combine that with the most suitable features to ease those problems. You also understand the important of providing a good end to end user experience including ensuring smooth processes for the end user.

You are also a skilled collaborator with a variety of people and are brave to reach out to connect to new people. You deeply value learning and appreciate receiving and giving feedback and enjoy idea sharing to find the best solutions. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Swedish is a strong plus.

You work in a structured way to gather data and feedback and are comfortable using data to make decisions and measure progress. 

This position will expose you to a variety of people and functions across our client, so cultural awareness and inclusion is also valuable.

Skill requirements

• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Skillful in functional UI/UX design processes
• Experienced with Office 365’s tools including understanding the VIVA suite
• Familiarity with Workday LMS and LinkedIn Learning platforms are a plus

Soft Skills:

• Structured way of working, Collaboration a must, give/receive feedback
• Verbal and written communication skills in English. Swedish a plus
• Genuine interest in digital technology and can explain its concepts in an simple and understandable way

Experience

• High competence within area, deeper and/or unique competence within one or more special areas
• Have participated in several projects within area
• Can be responsible for a part of the project/ area and manage smaller working groups
• Mostly work independently

• Remote: 50%
