The position
As a Business Analyst within Tax Technology, you will perform a wide variety of tasks:
- Participate in digital transformation of various tax services whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements
- Transform data and develop Business Intelligence solutions
- Automate and customize calculations in compliance with tax legislations
- Support business services with using digital applications and softwares
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Analyze digital tools and present software solution recommendations clearly and persuasively
Required (“Preffered” previously) skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree within the field of IT, Economics or another relevant education
- Demonstrated experience in handling data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet functions
Preferred (“Additive” previously) skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence softwares (Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools)
- Experience in programming (Python, Java, M, R, C++, C#, VBA or other)
- Experience in methodologies and processes for managing dataset
