Development Leader RPA, Core Business Supply SCD

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • Minimum of 4- 5 years’ experience with hands-on work experience with an RPA (Robotics process automation) tool, preferably UiPath
  • Solid experience and knowledge of best RPA practices, governance, and standards
  • Broad knowledge in the entire spectrum of UiPath products - Insight, Automation Hub, AI - experience from modern development techniques such as Agile and DevOps
  • Good Knowledge of traditional infrastructure concepts like connectivity, architecture, and security
  • Experience working with programming languages (C# preferred) and good understanding of development concepts and supporting tools such as Git, Visual Studio, Jira, working with REST APIs.
  • Experience of leading developers' team.
  • UiPath Advance Developer certification

You should also be able to make advanced technical solutions understood and embraced by both technical and non-technical co-workers.

About the job

The Intelligence Automation Centre of Excellence has the assignment to create value by providing automation solutions and simplify the life of our IKEA co-worker, working hand in hand with the business and product teams.

This position will cover essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical design and work with architect on technical approaches
  • Serve as a technical expert on development projects
  • Ensure the code follows standards and best practices for a better maintenance of code in production
  • Provide input and support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Proof-of-Technology (PoT) exercises
  • Provide design walkthroughs to stakeholders
  • Administer UI Path platform and upgrades
  • Track and monitor RPA automation performance, KPIs etc
  • Co-ordinate & Lead team (Onshore/Offshore) and manage timely delivery

In this role you will report to our Planning Manager in Data & Technology at IKEA Supply, under the leadership of our Intelligent Automation COE.
